Twenty years ago, a little winter caching event struck its first chord in Edmonton, and the community has been joining in harmony ever since. This year, let’s raise our voices (and our GPSr devices) to celebrate what we’ve built together. This February, we’re turning up the volume to celebrate 20 years of winter caching in the Edmonton community. Whether you’re hiding toe-tapping themed caches, remixing old favourites or composing something brand new, CARW 2026 is your chance to geocache to the beat.

Locations and hosts TBD, but the kick-off event will be Thursday February 26th, with a puzzle solving event the following night. Cache finding will start the morning of February 28th!
The CARW2026 centre point will be the Winspear Centre with a 20 mile (32km) radius. Fancy on theme graphic forthcoming, but this will do for now!
